After agreement by their respective Boards of Directors, Miwon Commercial Co. Ltd., and BeadTech Inc. have decided that BeadTech Inc. will absorb Peptide business unit of Miwon by an asset transfer effective March 1, 2017.

As a result of asset transfer, BeadTech Inc. will take over all the property including production facilities, laboratories and human resources which are belong to previous peptide business unit of MIWON, and will also absorb intellectual property right and business right.

Since BeadTech Inc. which is an affiliated firm of MIWON group specializes in polystyrene resin and peptides, the integration of peptide business unit of MIWON and BeadTech Inc. will have positive impact on business development under a unified management strategy.
